This weeks training ride will be a slow and steady 20 miler, throwing in a few hills for good measure. We will be heading down to Epsom from Ashtead, then heading up over Epsom Downs towards Betchworth and back towards Ashtead. We will then head back to the Bike Bean Cycle Cafe in Ashtead for some coffee, tea and cake.
