Mr. Blonde (Andy), Lynchie (Adam), The Drunk One (Matt), Rasta (Russ) and Alec (to be named) have decided to take on a challenge in 2026 to take on the infamous climb of Ben Nevis. It’s been a long time since we all took on a challenge together and currently being in our 40th year…decided that it would be a good idea to get it out of our systems.
We’ve all been long term supporters of the charity Emma’s Bubble Trust (in fact Adam is a trustee on the board now) and knowing how much good this charity does, we wanted to raise some money.
For those of you that don’t know Emma’s Bubble Trust is a teenage cancer charity setup to alleviate the physical and emotional suffering of teenagers with cancer. The charity was setup in 2008 after the sad and sudden passing of Emma Brandon (a family friend of Adam). We’ve all been involved in the charity since that time, taking part in bike rides, runs, walks, triathlons and the yearly ball. We all love the charity and with a new goal to raise significant funds for a new property to add to the charities portfolio (which houses patients while they’re having treatment).
